+ What is Business Coaching?
A business coach is a professional who knows the ins and outs of running a business from prior work experience and leadership positions. This includes providing resources and advice on being a better manager, appropriate ways to handle the stress of being a business owner, finding additional revenue, and increasing your company's sales. Your business coach is someone to help keep you accountable for your actions and your decisions that you make within your business.
+ How do I know if Business Coaching is right for me?
When you are wanting change but don’t know how to go about it - than working with a business coach and consultant is right for you. What Coaches do is to help develop you and take to the next level by helping you manage some of the stress that everyday business owners and entrepreneurs go through.
It’s important to know that the person you are contracting to work with you in establishing and implementing additional procedures and systems, works well with you. They could be the most well known, above and beyond expert in their field - but if you don’t feel that they don’t have your best interest at heart, you will not get what you want accomplished.
+ Do you only work with Established Companies?
Short Answer - it depends. You have to have been in your industry or line of work for at least 3 or going on 3 years and have had revenue coming in or starting to. But most importantly, you have to have vision. I'm not opposed to working with a start-up company or helping companies set themselves up successfully, but I have found that results are seen sooner in companies that have been around for more than 2 years.
+ Do you Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?
I start off every company with an assessment or assessments. From there, we decide what the best route will be. All of my contracts are open, meaning that if you are not seeing the benefits in working with me and I don't see you doing the work, we both can walk amicably. If we are not getting to the goals that we established in our timeline, we need to see what other factors are occurring for us to not be making it and if we need to readjust. Again, we need to ensure that we are seeing results.
