Coaching is just that – ensuring that you have someone to give you the direction that you need in order to succeed by maximizing what you excel at. It all starts with a conversation. Let’s find where your business is going and set that up. Forward-thinking is essential to moving your business forward – and we will get there. As we get to know a bit more about your business, what you want to accomplish in the short term and long term, and what ultimately you want your business and ideal life to look at we start discussing milestones, accountability, and strategic planning.

I believe that everything starts with your numbers. In order to create a strategic plan that will get you to grow, we have to know where you have been, where you are now, and where you are going if you don’t make any changes.

I don’t believe in buying more, spending more, or exhausting resources to grow, I believe that if we have a complete mindset shift over money, how we handle it, and how we believe it empowers us, we can make a change to how our business runs.

My process is simple, we do a profit assessment first to have that harsh discussion first. You may get mad, you may get sad, you may get ecstatic that you’ve been on the right path, but that realization needs to happen first for change to occur. From there, we begin the process of change. I believe that sales and operations need to run parallel with each other in order to grow in a strategic and effective way. Not keeping a grip too tight in chase we need to change direction if needed, but enough clarity to get us to our first incremental goal.
